Colleges and universities are an important force for the production of "deep knowledge".The innovation ability and level of college scientific research teams or research institutes determine the future competitiveness of a country to a certain extent.The postgraduate scientific research team is the basic unit of the scientific research and innovation team of universities or research institutes.It shoulders the mission of developing science and technology and training talents,and is an important subject of "deep knowledge" production.At the same time,knowledge is the fundamental support for the survival and development of postgraduate scientific research teams.Knowledge sharing,as a basic way of collaboration for postgraduate scientific research teams,can effectively enhance team cohesion,help team members strive to achieve common development between individuals and teams,and promote the creation and innovation of team knowledge and the generation of collective wisdom.This research focuses on the knowledge sharing of postgraduate scientific research teams,takes the knowledge map as the supporting means,and uses the knowledge spiral theory,constructivist learning theory,communicationist learning theory,organizational learning theory,team exchange theory,and dual coding theory as guidance.Based on the previous research conclusions,a knowledge sharing model for graduate research teams based on knowledge maps is established,and a knowledge sharing mechanism for graduate research teams based on knowledge maps is formulated.It is hoped that through the visualization of team knowledge sharing and management,the research capabilities and learning efficiency of graduate research team members will be improved,and the team's collaborative development and research innovation will be promoted.The main contents of this study include:1.Building a knowledge sharing model for graduate research teams based on knowledge mapsBased on the analysis of the characteristics of the knowledge of the graduate research team,the flow of knowledge,the level of knowledge sharing,the organization and presentation of knowledge,etc.,a knowledge sharing model of the graduate research team based on the knowledge map is constructed,and the elements and the relationships among these elements are explained in detail.The elements include team members,the existed knowledge,newly introduced knowledge,map knowledge and knowledge map.In addition,the model describes the dynamic process of continuous growth,sharing,and innovation of graduate scientific research teams from the perspective of team knowledge expansion and innovation.From an individual perspective,it describes team members' sharing of knowledge,construction of maps,search for knowledge,and acquisition of knowledge.The process of spiral transformation,and the individual development process of team members based on the knowledge map.2.Develop a knowledge sharing mechanism for graduate research teams based on knowledge mapsIn order to enable the continuous and orderly development of the team knowledge sharing process and promote the expansion and innovation of team knowledge,this study fully considers the driving forces and obstacles of knowledge sharing for graduate research teams,and develops graduate students based on the knowledge map model of graduate research teams based on knowledge maps.The learning mechanism,collaborative governance mechanism,incentive mechanism,constraint mechanism and trust mechanism of scientific research team's knowledge sharing guarantee the smooth progress of the knowledge sharing process and the learning process of team members based on knowledge maps from multiple dimensions,and the dynamic,continuous growth and innovation of team knowledge.3.Design and development of knowledge sharing system for graduate research team based on knowledge mapAccording to the knowledge map model and related mechanism of the postgraduate scientific research team,a knowledge sharing system based on knowledge map is designed and developed whose function is realized by multiple modules such as safeguards,knowledge resource management,and instant interaction.4.Empirical researchThe quasi-experimental research is carried out using the knowledge sharing system of the graduate research team based on the knowledge map,and three algorithms of triangular fuzzy number,entropy weight,fuzzy measure,and fuzzy integral are used to calculate and evaluate the degree of knowledge sharing of the graduate research team,and verify the members of the graduate research team.The knowledge sharing effect proves that the members of the graduate research team have achieved a better knowledge sharing purpose through the knowledge map system of the graduate research team and realized the innovation of knowledge resources.Based on the above theoretical and practical explorations,this study draws the following conclusions:(1)The depth,breadth,and sharing time of knowledge sharing have increased in the knowledge map-based postgraduate scientific research team sharing system,and team members can also obtain it through knowledge sharing more knowledge;(2)During the knowledge sharing process of the graduate research team based on the knowledge map,team members continuously generate new knowledge through sharing and learning,and share the new knowledge to the team for other members to learn,which can promote the knowledge of the graduate research team Innovation;(3)Through the knowledge sharing of the graduate research team based on the knowledge map,the team members' satisfaction with the resources obtained has increased significantly,they can more effectively acquire the knowledge resources of their own interest,and their willingness to learn is stronger.The innovations of this study are mainly manifested in the following two aspects:(1)The innovation of knowledge resource sharing concepts.Taking the graduate research team as the research object,the concept of "learning is the connection of knowledge" runs through the knowledge resource sharing process of the graduate research team members,and the sharing and realization of the team members' implicit and explicit knowledge flows and integrates.At the same time,it emphasizes the active sharing behavior of graduate scientific research team members,and uses "collective wisdom" methods such as "shared personal knowledge","collaborative learning","evaluation",and "discussion" to fully utilize interpersonal resources in the knowledge sharing of graduate team.The team members are driven to change their roles from simple knowledge resource consumers to knowledge resource contributors.(2)Innovation of knowledge resource sharing methods.Break through the existing research framework of resource sharing,use word segmentation algorithms to obtain keywords in academic literature as knowledge nodes,and use jTopo graphic display technology to collaboratively build knowledge maps to show the relationship of knowledge resources,thereby promoting knowledge resources in the "shared object-shared media".The realization of the orderly flow in the "shared object-shared media" is an innovative exploration of the way of sharing knowledge resources.
