A Study On The Factors Affecting The Knowledge Sharing Of Postgraduates In Universities

With the continuous development of social productive forces,people gradually increased the level of education,the market economy began to change from the industrial economy into a knowledge economy.With the rapid development of the economy and the organizational management model of the timely changes,derived from a new type of management innovation,that is,knowledge management.The starting point and core elements of knowledge management are "sharing",the goal is to share through the knowledge,enhance the overall quality of the group and the core competitiveness.At present,most of the researches on knowledge sharing are based on the conceptual and logical aspects of the implementation of the analysis,rarely see the practice of research and statistics related to the analysis as a support,and no local colleges and universities graduate students this special group Of the knowledge sharing situation.And the reality of the management of graduate students in the knowledge exchange situation is not ideal,there are constraints of knowledge sharing factors.Therefore,this article to Tianjin Normal University graduate students as the research object,select nine graduate students in-depth interviews,and then according to the interview content and related literature design questionnaire.The questionnaire was distributed in the form of an electronic network and 154 were recovered.Using SPSS22.0 software,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of knowledge sharing among postgraduates from the four dimensions of ideology,communication,motivating factors and obstacle factors.It is found that there is hidden knowledge,lack of knowledge and cultural atmosphere,Knowledge barriers and lack of talk skills and other issues,according to the impact of master's degree knowledge sharing factors,put forward more operational countermeasures and suggestions,including the establishment of correct values,improve knowledge sharing awareness,the establishment of scientific and rational knowledge sharing incentive mechanism,To create a knowledge-sharing campus culture atmosphere,the establishment of learning organization,to provide effective information technology support and other measures and recommendations for the management of graduate students in the knowledge sharing research provides a useful reference.
