Research On Problems Of College Students’ Interpersonal Communication

Currently, one of the most important tasks facing ideological and political education in universities is to strengthen students’psychological health education. Having an appropriate interpersonal relationship is not only the cornerstone of the development of college students’mental health, but also the significant factor to have an impact on their ideological basis and moral. Students should understand the significance of keeping healthy interpersonal relationships; it is able to help them establish proper values and regulate behaviors. A brand new way of improving ideological and political education in universities is to take the full advantage of psychological education, which means to cultivate good moral character on college students and enhance their mental health via developing appropriate interpersonal communication.This paper is designed to research and analyze the issue of interpersonal communication in college students via surveys. It also attempts to seek the root cause of this problem and provide several effective solutions to figure it out.This paper is divided into five sections. Section one is an overview that talks about the studies on the origin, including research background, research significance, research methods and significant innovations. Section Two is the introduction of the studies. It describes current research findings about interpersonal relationship in the domestic and overseas. Section Three specifically analyzes the research results of interpersonal communication among college students. Section Four is problem discussion. This part majorly investigates main causes of the problem from various aspects that includes community, schooling, families and individuals. Section Five is designed to discuss how to improve college students’ capability in interpersonal communication. Eventually, this paper will explore some effective ways to help college students enhance interpersonal communication skills from various aspects.
