Web-based learning has become the most important ways of learning styles, knowledge sharing to be the most important sector in this domain. MOOC College as the researches object in this thesis, and the author using the analysis method of social network, making use of the data visualization tools to analysis the result and the problems of knowledge sharing about MOOC College; and then studying the corresponding solution strategy. This research will also provide some path and Enlightenment for solving the MOOC Chinese learner confusion, and to provide a new thought of lifelong education.This study is divided into four parts; they are theoretical research, case analysis, strategy suggestion, and practical application.Theoretical Research Section includes the first two chapters. Discusses the three basis of topic selection; expounds the purpose and significance of the research topic, methods and tools, ideas and frameworks; and then, summarizes the domestic and foreign research results about knowledge sharing and social networks by method of literature analysis; after then, chooses the theory of knowledge sharing and social networks to be the theory support of this study; in final, puts forward the core concept of the full text:knowledge sharing.The case analysis section includes the third chapter and the fourth chapter, these also the core part of this research. Taking MOOC college’s discussion area as object of study, aim at the groups activities, groups relation and active user Completes the data collection and data pretreatment; And refines the essence data from the two parts of information constitution and the relational characteristic, makes the support for as follows research data efficiently. Among them, selects the essence and active ID samples for analysis the reasons paper.The part of data analysis, with the help of visualization software Gephi to describe the group and interpersonal relationships; and content analysis section, combining the knowledge classification and social information content to analyze the factors of influences about knowledge sharing. And the fifth chapter was the strategy suggestion section. Using the data visualization software--Gephi to describe the interaction between learners, and analyses the problems of section settings, content distribution; after this, we can draw the following conclusions:in the stage of knowledge dissemination, by reducing the access threshold and rich resources could speed up the dissemination of knowledge; and in the stage of knowledge processing, through coding, documentation, and processes and other means of developing to form the explicit knowledge; and in the receiving stage, through the rapid response and participate in discussions to decoding the knowledge; in the stage of knowledge innovation, achieve the knowledge innovation through accumulation and radicalization.Secondly, combining the present situation and the theory of knowledge sharing about MOOC college; put forward the following suggestions:in allusion to the user’s relations, proposed to play a key role of minority and play the class representative; in the view of team construction, proposed to establish a flat organizational structure and create a friendly atmosphere for the group; direct at content setting, put forward to draw a knowledge map; and for the platform construction, point out to strengthen the self-study room concept and improve the access threshold.Finally, regard the "C Station video batch download "as the main point to practicing, we can get the following enlightenment:the users can download this video in charge mode to expand the way of commercialization about MOCC; Besides, accoding to social networking, the users also take part in the function of user participation to Cumulative the innovational knowledge.
