With the coming of the informational epoch, the rapidly expanding internet and constantly developing communication is shortening the distances among the world, which spreads various positive powerful energies as well as negative ones into every aspect of our society. Therefore, these multiple cultures and value orientations are extremely affecting contemporary college students’ outlooks on world, human beings and values, which are yet not very stable.Student’ management in higher education, as an important unit of higher education, is an out-of-class supplement of class-oriented teaching and education. It is a powerful stage for the student cadres from the student union to realize the self-management, self-service and self-education. The student cadres from the Student Union, a center power and organizers of campus culture, play a coral role in the three self-managements.With the concept of changing with the times and teaching accordingly, this essay, based on the theory of motivation together with the characteristics of Guangzhou University, has surveyed the possible relevance in different requirements of student cadres and their relative counselors on various posts from different grades with respective majors. It has analyzed the possible relevance between their job satisfaction and achievement outside and inside of the organization, building up a kind of classified management model of student cadres from Student Union. By developing their oral quality, we have forged the oral development of student cadres from Student Union so as to realize their aims of three self-managements and their personal development. Accordingly, we have transmitted positive power toward all the students, formed a better learning style and schooling ethos and also promoted the whole student management, which has made a difference to realize the aim of teaching knowledge and nurturing students into excellent graduates in moral and capability.Based on some relative researches and theory of motivation, the author, utilizing the experience of being a counselor in Guangzhou University, has individually built up this model after the investigations, analyses and conclusions of the requirement, job satisfaction and achievement of the student cadres. This essay is divided into four sections, the first of which is the preface, mainly introducing the raise of problem, the aim and meaning of the chosen task, the idea and methodology of this research, the relative overview of research and its creation and limitation. The second section is about some basic concepts and theoretic bases, which introduces some basic concepts and its related theory of motivation and emphasizes its explanation and enlightenment to this research. In the third section, the real investigation on the requirement, job satisfaction and achievement together with their result analyses is made in the form of themed interview and questionnaire toward600student cadres in Student Union from Guangzhou University. It is found that requirements differ among student cadres in Student Union from different majors, grades and jobs and it is the same with the influence on job satisfaction and achievement for the student cadres from Student Union and their counselors.Based on the theory of motivation and the general conclusion from the questionnaire and survey, a management model to the student cadres from Student Union has been built up for their different requirements and the relevant characteristic among job satisfaction and achievement from different majors, grades and jobs. Based on the respective management rule, it also has put forward the value and aim of the respective management rule so as to perfect the systematic construction of this respective management rule, enriching its strategies of motivation to build up a management model for the student cadres from Student Union with the system of evaluation and management.Based on the questionnaire and survey, the main conclusions about the requirement, job satisfaction and achievement of the student cadres from Student Union in Guangzhou University are as follows:firstly, requirements differ among student cadres in Student Union from different majors, grades and jobs. Secondly, job satisfaction and achievement differs among student cadres in Student Union from different majors, grades and jobs. Thirdly, job satisfaction and achievement differs among their counselors outside and inside of the organizationAccording to the conclusion above and theory of motivation together with the management model to the student cadres and Student Union from Guangzhou University, the author has put forward some strategies as follows:firstly, clear and define the value and aim of classified management. Secondly, insist on the basic rules on classified management. Thirdly, perfect systematic construction. Fourthly, strengthen construction counselors’management. Fifthly, enrich the motivational strategies for classified management. Sixthly, build up systematic evaluation of classified management.
