Study On The Management System Reform Of Student Cadres In Technical Colleges From The Perspective Of New Public Management

Student cadres are the vanguard and model among ordinary students,the right-hand man of school leaders and teachers,and the bridge between students and teachers.Many school affairs need to be implemented and promoted by student cadres.The students in technical colleges are complex and special,so the management and training of student cadres are facing various problems.Taking X senior technical school in Nantong city as the research object,this paper analyzes the problems in the management of student cadres in technical schools,such as unclear training objectives,irregular selection procedures,imperfect training system and imperfect incentive measures.On this basis,the internal and external causes of the problems are analyzed,and corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are put forward,so as to improve the management system of student cadres in technical colleges.This paper is divided into five chapters to discuss the management system of student cadres in technical.Chapter one is the introduction.This part mainly introduces the research background and significance of student cadre management in technical colleges,the research status of student cadre management at home and abroad,research comments,research ideas,research methods and innovations of this paper.The second chapter is the elaboration of related concepts and theories.This paper explains the concepts of technical colleges,student cadres and management system,expounds the new public management theory and main ideas,and analyzes the attributes of education in the new public management and the feasibility of the new public management in the management of student cadres in technical colleges.The third chapter is the case study.Through the analysis and investigation of the current situation of student cadre management in X Senior Technical School of Nantong City,the problems of the student cadre team in the school are summarized,and the problems and causes in the management of student cadres in technicalcolleges are explored and analyzed.The fourth chapter proposes countermeasures.By exploring the training objectives of the cadre team,selecting and appointing,training improvement,assessment and evaluation,the quality of student cadres will be improved,the management mechanism will be reformed,and a reasonable system will be constructed to effectively improve the overall abilities of student cadres.Chapter five is the conclusion and prospect.
