The Research On Management Of Student Cadres In Vocational Schools From Perspective Of Educational Ecology

The management of student cadres in vocational schools is the key to students ’ moral education and students ’ abilities cultivation, which is interacted by the natural and multidimensional complex environment. Applying the research on management of student cadres in vocational schools to the educational ecology system will help the collaboration with environment and sustainable development.This thesis consists of four parts:The first part describes the significance of introducing the educational ecology theory into the management of student cadres and specific research methods in Vocational Schools. The second part summaries the present situation and problems in the management of vocational schools student cadres and applies ecologically analysis to the various factors in-depth. The third part analyzes the complex and dynamic relationship between ecological subject and ecological factors of ecological environment, and explores the ecological rules and characteristics in the development of vocational schools student cadres’ management system. The fourth part from three aspects of external environment, internal ecological organization and cultural ecology system to explore the optimization strategy in student cadres’ ecosystem management.In the view of the education, ecology, education management, psychology and ecological thinking, this thesis aims to explore the strategies of development, reform and practice to ensure the student Cadres ’ health and sustainable development in Vocational Schools.
