The Current Situation And Countermeasure Of Public Sports Information Service In China

Public sports information service is an important part of public sports services ledby the government. By providing information on various forms of public sports eventsand related information of public sports services, it shares public sports resources withpeople to satisfy their needs on information. Research Public Sports informationservices can enrich public sports service in the field of information theory and practicecontent, enhance the level of public sports service and its capability.The research hasimportant theoretical and practical value.This paper uses literature, interviews, questionnaires and other research methods toresearch public sports information service in China. Basing on the theoretical research,we investigated and analyzed the current situation of government supply and the public’sdemand of public sports information service. Under a comprehensive grasp andunderstanding of the status of public sports information service, we proposed thedevelopment of countermeasures against the real problems that exist in the process ofinformation services, expecting to provide the basis for government departments to makedecisions, and provide prospective, timeliness and creative research data for the majority ofresearchers.By studying the status of the development of public sports information servicesand public demand and satisfaction, we get the following main conclusions:1. Public sports information service is built and maintained mainly by sportsadministration departments: Secretary of mass sports, Mass sports office, Informationcenter and Office.2. Sports administration portal is a main communication channel for public sportsinformation services, website information services function primarily for informationdissemination, information retrieval, information interaction and supervision offeedback information. 3. The system innovation of public sports information service can improve theservice resource utilization, improve service quality, and enhance public confidence inservice, visibility and reputation.4. Study fitness knowledge，understanding sports information and Recreation aremain purpose for the public to receive public sports information service. Websites andmobile phones are essential public information dissemination channels, and theinformation publishing sites are necessary public services. According to demographicfeatures, provide targeted public sports information services can improve the quality ofservice to some extent, and get better results.5. The reliability of the information content, information disclosure transparency,ease of access to information, feedback channel liquidity, the effectiveness of themethods of supervision information are the main factors affecting the public to theoverall satisfaction of public sports information service.6. The main problem for public sports information services: inter-functionaldepartments fragmentation, ubiquitous information gap phenomenon; have no specialorganization; lacking in professional team of coordination and management,organizational development; relatively simple information service propagation channel;different information service sector construction standards, confusing content; backwardlaws, regulations and policies of information disclosure system construction andservices.7. Development strategies for public sports information service mainly includes：develop public sports service information platform; formation of professional servicesteam; expand the service channel of communication; recognize information services,outstanding information services interface; strengthen the construction of laws,regulations and policies to achieve standardization management.
