Research On The Development Path Of China's Rural Public Sports Service In The Perspective Of Healthy China

"Healthy China" strategy,as an important means of building a well-off society in an all-round way,has injected new vitality into the supply and popularization of public sports service in rural areas,and has a positive role in accelerating the development of rural sports,weakening the gap between urban and rural areas and realizing "Rural Revitalization".By using the methods of literature,expert interview and mathematical statistics,this paper analyzes the development path of public sports service in China's rural areas.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Government has a lack of function in the process of building public sports services in rural areas,which mainly shows that the government's responsibility is not in place and the authority is not clear.At the same time,the operation system of the rural public sports service is relatively backward,which leads to the more severe disequilibrium of urban and rural distribution,and not with the health system.To achieve coordinated construction and development,it is difficult to extend the real health services to rural areas.(2)Basic allocation of public sports services in rural areas,such as the number,area and investment funds in the rural areas,and other areas in the city and the countryside,the East and the West in the areas such as medical,health,food and other health resources have a more obvious level difference,which further leads to the lack of basic public sports services in different regions.Failure also caused some interference to the implementation of the integration of body medicine and non-medical care.(3)Supply mode of rural public sports service is relatively single,with strong command and strong political color,which seriously isolated the actual sports demand and health service demand of the grass-roots farmers;meanwhile,the construction of rural sports still depends on the investment of the government,while the individual group and the social strength are funded.The proportion of gold input is very small,which leads to the unbalanced structure of participation in public sports service in rural areas,which further aggravates the gap between urban and rural public sports and health resources.(4)Information channels of public sports services in rural areas are not smooth enough,there are no network information products on rural public sports services and health care in rural areas,and the grass-roots government has not established the official network operation subject and the Internet propaganda carrier;meanwhile,therural professional training talents and health care personnel resources are scarce,The government has not yet established a mechanism for the conveyance and training of high-quality sports and health talents in rural areas.
