| Professional identity is the inner motive power of teachers’ professional development, The more intense of the professional identity, the more progress it brings to the development of kindergarten teacher majors. This paper aims to reveal the present situation of the professional identity of kindergarten teachers in Qingdao. Then it studies in details the professional identity of teaches in respect of the population statistics variables to analyze the reasons for the differences in the professional identity of kindergarten teachers in Qingdao, and put forward the countermeasures to the present.What have been found out are as follows:1. The level of professional identity of kindergarten teacher majors in Lanzhou is generally high.2. To professional identity of kindergarten teacher majors,there exist such differences as:area, nature of kindergarten,age of the kindergarten teachers, years of serving as a teacher’the educational background, professional post and salary and so on, which can be seen in the following aspects:1) teachers’ professional in Shinan area were higher than other area;2) the degree of professional identity of kindergarten teachers aged between20to30is higher than other age of teachers;3) the professional identity of kindergarten teachers who have taught for0to1years in school is of the highest;4) those whose academic background is intermediate rank age considered to be the highest in the professional identity;5) those whose professional post ranks second in primary school ale the highest level in professional identity;6) the degree of professional identity of kindergarten teachers in non—governmental kindergarten is higher than that of teachers in governmental kindergartens;7)those whose income is less than1000RMB are in the lowest level in their professional identity.3. In terms of other elements,such as "whether the kindergartens serve the executive posts","gender", there are no sharp differences.On the basis of the results, the following suggestions on how to strength the professional identity of kindergarten teachers in Qingdao are put forward:1,through policy support measures to enhance the social status and prestige preschool and kindergarten teachers to enhance the public’s attention and trust, and protect their legitimate rights and interests;2, to overcome the kindergarten teacher burnout, avoid role disorders, enhance its industry satisfaction;3,the formation of the cultural characteristics of parks, attract good teachers, strengthen humane care;4, depending on the stage of early childhood teachers’ professional development, giving management support;5, a kindergarten teacher to encourage self-development, self-guided enhance their professionalism. |
