Professional identity is an important driving force of teachers’ professional development, teachers only for his career in the highly identity will only be approved to accept and actively into work. "Kindergarten education guidelines" is put forward: develop public kindergarten, we will vigorously support private kindergarten. At present, the private kindergarten, as a big half of kindergarten in our country, bearing the important mission of education, as a private kindergarten preschool teachers and their professional development is directly related to the quality of early childhood education, so to speak. Therefore, based on the private kindergarten teachers’professional identity as the breakthrough point, in wuhan city as an example, discusses the factors affecting the private kindergarten teachers’professional identity and puts forward relative Suggestions, have very important theoretical and practical value.This paper was introduced in detail in, first of all, by collecting data current overall development situation of private kindergartens in wuhan city, namely, increasing the scale of private garden, but there’s management is not standard, polarized prominent problems. Then this study through the integrated use of literature method, questionnaire method and interview method and other research methods, the factors affecting the private kindergarten teachers’professional identity in wuhan city has carried on the summary analysis, and draw the following conclusion:the private kindergarten teachers in wuhan city as a whole is in the middle level professional identity, including the effects of private kindergarten teachers’professional identity in wuhan city in all the elements of teacher’s teaching experience, monthly income, working pressure, the support of this a few aspects of education, kindergarten significant differences with the degree of teachers’ professional identity, and teachers’ motive, whether the positions, the relationships of variables in the garden has also has an important effect on the teachers’ professional identity, also cannot be ignored.Then, the effect factors of the private kindergarten teachers’ professional identity attribution, mainly includes the legislative policy is weak, the private kindergarten teacher unknown; Treatment is difficult to secure investment insufficient, the teacher pay; Hopeless responsibility.it channel, teacher professional development; Workload overload, teacher stress; Insecurity, teacher erosion is serious; Private kindergartens conditions is limited, the lack of necessary support teacher development and so on.Finally, the factors affecting the private kindergarten teachers’professional identity in wuhan, the corresponding Suggestions:(1) the government aspects:perfecting the relevant laws and regulations, the establishment of private kindergartens teachers’ legal status; Strengthen the support of public finance, safeguard the rights and interests of private kindergartens teachers; Intensify propaganda, improve the social prestige of teachers; (2) the kindergarten aspects:strengthen the teacher training, improve teachers’ professional quality; Perfect management system, improve the teachers’ job satisfaction; The democratic management, improve the enthusiasm of teachers’ participation in management; (3):private preschool teachers themselves set up professional ideal and faith; Keep learning and strengthen their own professional development.
