Measures Of Studying And Teaching’s Management According To Division Of Art And Science In The Private High Schools In Dong Da District

Currently the Vietnamese government advocates for education socialization, and Hanoi is the national leading city that expands and implements this proposition. The socialization of education can certainly help to solve the pressures and difficulties in the career of education. Therefore, in recent years many private schools in the city of Hanoi not only have gradually opened and developed rapidly, but also have provided a lot of learning opportunities for the community. Consequently, I decide to conduct a survey questionnaire, use a variety of research methods, such as, statistical analysis, comparative analysis, literature review methods to research the measures of teaching management activities of the private high schools in Dong Da district in Hanoi city. Through researching the situation of teaching management of the private schools in Dong Da District, this study aims to point out some common problems that private high schools in Vietnam are facing with, such as, the lack of qualified administrators for the private schools; the failure to meet the need of requirement of scientific management and the failure of basic infrastructures of schools adapting to the requirement of new teaching materials; the management effect of school administrations on new teaching methods, teaching training, teaching and researching activities hasn’t get high achievement; the assessment of administration on teachers and teaching effectiveness is not good and needs to be reformed; administrators failed to inspire the leaders of researching teams in researching activities...In order to reform the management of new division programs teaching activities, based on the result of researches on situation of the teaching management of the private high schools in Dong Da district, the study gives out corresponding measures, that is:to enhance the management guides of new teaching methods for teachers; to enhance the management of learning activities for students, to update the guidance for researching teams; reform the methods of assessment of teachers and to inspire the leaders of researching teams.
