Teaching affair management is an important part of college teaching,while comprehensive teaching affair system is a significant tool for colleges and universities to realize the informationization and standardization of teaching affair management.As domestic college teaching affair management mode has basically transformed from school year system to credit system,comprehensive teaching affair system developed based on the school year system is no longer applicable to the current management mode.Together with the constant innovation of software technologies,it is very urgent for colleges and universities to develop a new comprehensive teaching affair system to cooperate with teaching management work.Besides,since the management of requirements runs through entire project lifecycle during software development project,the well management of requirements is beneficial to saving development resources,ensuring project implementation process,improving the quality of software products and obviously reducing project risks.It can be said that the quality of requirement management will greatly affect the success or failure of a project.In this thesis,taking the requirement management of the first phase of comprehensive teaching affair system of S University for example,existing problems are figured out from two aspects of user and development team,and reasons causing those problems are also analyzed.Generally speaking,although a scientific requirement management process has been established for the first phase of the project,there is still room for improvement in the acquisition,analysis,review,change control and other links of requirements.The problems found mainly include unclear user requirement information,poor quality of requirements submitted by users,the development team's incorrect understanding of users' requirements and insufficient attention to change control of requirements.And the reasons for those problems can be attributed to improper deployment of requirement management personnel,insufficient user participation,the lack of necessary change control process and the absence of a smooth communication mechanismIn this context,the author introduces relevant theories of software requirement engineering and requirement management and adopts domestic or foreign mature and efficient requirement management methods to propose five suggestions on improving the comprehensive teaching affair system of S University,including improving requirement acquisition mode,optimizing requirement analyzing methods,formulating strict requirement review system,completing requirement change control process and improving communication efficiency during requirement management.Above countermeasures have been applied in the development of mobile comprehensive teaching affair system and achieved sound effects.It is expected that these improvements will be applied in the development of other software,so as to improve software development quality and create more campus software that better suit users.
