Teaching quality is the core issue of Employment-oriented occupationVocational colleges and Technical schools to remain competitive, the Evaluationof teaching quality is a very important measure to ensure teaching qualitymanagement. Because the quality of teaching occupation Vocational colleges andTechnical schools evaluation covers a wide range, subject of evaluation, thetraditional manual survey and statistical results of manual workload,time-consuming. The construction of teaching quality evaluation system, whichcan eliminate different evaluation subjects with the place and time difference ofinconvenience, and easy for data statistics and scientific analysis, make teachersobtain timely feedback information more comprehensive, timely improvement ofteaching.Because the Evaluation of teaching quality of occupation in the vocationalcolleges and technical schools relates to different class, different majors, differentdepartments and multiple evaluation subjects. In the past,using the weightedaverage, eliminate low score and high score from the computed by the method ofassessment scores are not comparable. This paper presents the application ofoptimization methods of standard score calculation and segmentation positioningon the evaluation, which can effectively reduce the error caused by the differenceof evaluation results of different evaluation subjects.In this paper, based on PHP+MySql development environment of onlineteaching evaluation system design, provide evaluation entry options and weightset, teaching evaluation, evaluation results statistics module and other functions. Convenience of vocational colleges and technical schools according to their ownneeds, flexible adjustment of the teaching quality evaluation system. Systemdiscussed in this paper application of the norm optimization results of thestatistical method, make the teaching quality evaluation result more scientific andfairness, for vocational colleges and technical schools teaching quality evaluationwork to provide a more realistic basis, help to enhance the level of teachingquality of vocational colleges and technical schools。The system has certainpopularization in similar vocational colleges and technical schools.
