Research Of Maanshan Manufacturing Collaborative Services Platform Based On Google Maps API

In today’s manufacturing industry, the development of high-tech changes rapidly, the consumer demand becomes diversification and the product life cycle is continuously shortening. Although there is intense competition among enterprises, the limited resources of a single enterprise force itself to look for cooperation in a competitive environment, optimize the industrial cluster resource allocation and enhance their market responsiveness. In recent years, Maanshan focuses on the development of iron-based new materials industry high technology industries and its extension of the industrial chain including high-end equipment manufacturing,automobile, energy-saving and environmental protection industries, the iron-based new materials high-tech industrial clusters are formed. But the development of the cluster informatization lags behind, resulting in scattered resources among enterprises and low efficiency of information utilization. So it can not give full play to the overall effect of cluster and the competitive advantage.This paper takes the research and development project of HeFei University of Technology (Maanshan) high-tech institute--"Maanshan iron-based new materials and high technology industrial cluster cooperative service platform" as the basis.It studied the development situation of collaborative platform both at home and abroad, the key technologies involved, the requirement analysis of the platform, and the design and function realization of the database. It mainly include the following points:(1) The first part summarizes the collaborative service, spatial information sharing and the development situation and application results of WebGIS in the domestic and foreign;(2) The key techniques related to platform development:Google Maps API, Ajax, JavaScript, Json data conversion are studied;(3) Based on the investigation of Maanshan manufacturing enterprises, the problems of the Maanshan iron-based new materials high-tech industrial clusters are studied and analysised, the demand analysis and the overall design of the manufacture collaborative service platform are carried on;(4) The database of the platform are detailedly designed, access technology and safety design of the database are stated,and the spatial data conversion of Json are described in detail;(5)By means of Google map, the cluster information construction plan based on Google Maps API in B/S model is discussed.Maanshan manufacturing collaborative services platform is establish as to optimize the manufacturing resources configuration of Maanshan and enhance the cluster effect.
