Start-ups in China is highly competitive, in order to make so many small andmedium enterprises to survive in today’s social market economy, not only supportthem from a financial, but also to enhance their professional knowledge andexperience, provided to the platform to communicate with each other, to expandbusiness channels, enhance their market information and management experience,innovation, and thus improve survival, young startups meeting system is built basedthe spirit of this purpose.Development of our existing meeting system is already quite mature, but alsoembodies the concept of "digital, modular, integrated", but for so many small andmedium enterprises in China there are still some problems, such as: the cost of thecurrent meeting system is very high, which means that SMEs in general, especially inthe start-up of the enterprise is difficult to pay such a large cost, this to some extentreduce the applicability of the large meeting system. Therefore, the goal of this studyis to analyze their meeting system needs for most SMEs, especially start-up of theenterprise, to dig out their use characteristics to create one meeting system based oncloud services for young start-ups.The paper based the problems above, for the inadequate and needs, starting fromthe actual needs of SMEs, by delaying the current cloud computing and advanced webtechnology, integration of existing interconnection networks and terminalscharacteristics of information services, integrated, mutually complementary, to studythe meeting system based on cloud services for young start-ups, achieve a lightweightmeeting system based on cloud service for young start-ups.This paper based on existing SMEs, especially start-up enterprise needs of themeeting system urgency and limitations, analysis of the key points in the developmentof small and medium-sized enterprises, the platform will be covering the meeting,display, reports, exchange, download, summary etc. And the content of companypresentations after the meeting, the meeting platform for diverse organizations, invarious forms, and displays all kinds, build a meeting system based on cloud services completely in favor of youth startups.This paper firstly studies the key technologies used by the platform such as cloudcomputing, MVC, GPS, web service, JSP, etc., at the same time to provide amulti-data fusion technology to provide support for data mining and provide the mostneeded information for terminal users; Second, given the cloud service platformprocess modeling; further given the mathematical model of the pick-up schedulingalgorithm and initial scheduling strategy and dynamic scheduling policy; Finally,introduce the context of the system, the system architecture and hierarchy of theplatform, and gives the design and analysis of the key modules, and summarizes theneed to further improve in the future.Research on the basis of the problems encountered by the traditional system inthe process of the meeting organized and its various stages of the meeting, and fullyabsorb improvement experience of the premise of people on the various stages of themeeting process, proprietary and unique concept of business services; auxiliary tocomputer information management technology and cloud computing technology,improve the traditional meeting quality and efficiency at the same time, in the threestage of the conference preparation, implementation and summarize are able to meetthe great needs of the organizers and participants, in manpower and resources toreduces the cost of high complexity during the meeting held, and more humane,thoughtful and scientific.
