In modern life, people are increasingly dependent on the Internet, because having the Internet for remote control and monitoring of electric home appliances become an important part of home life.In the smart home system has two ways:the wireless and the wired to set up a home network. The wireless communication method has Bluetooth, IrDA, ZigBee, and so on. ZigBee has been widely used, because the network is simple and low cost. The wired communication medium has power lines, telephone lines, coaxial cable and so on.With the increase of wireless device, lead to radiation also enhanced in over life. Thus, the people are increasingly concerned about the adverse impact of radiation on health. With the development of wired networking (particularly those based on the development of low-voltage power line carrier communication technology) wired networking is a good choice. The low-voltage power line has no re-wiring, low cost, suitable for intelligent transformation of the old house. OFDM-based narrowband power line modules, its speed has more than100kb/s basically to meet the requirements of smart home. We have reason to believe that the power line network will be more widely used in future smart home.Because the power line is not directly used for communication, so there will be many problems. This article has a detailed analysis of the power line communication channel, and made the simulation for power line noise and power line channel characteristics. This paper analyzes the common power line carrier communication technology, and made a further comparison, and the final choice is the OFDM technology. The low voltage narrowband power line communication has stronger anti-interference, and the data transfer rate is higher by using the OFDM technology. This paper has a detailed analysis of the basic principles of OFDM technology and some of the key technologies about OFDM, and made the simulation for OFDM system. This paper design smart home system based on power line carrier communication by basing on smart home system designed principles. This paper Transplant uC/OS-Ⅱ system on the ARM, and make the ARM of the ARM Cortex-M3core as a central controller. Design Web Serve program has complete remote monitoring and control equipment. Using power line carrier communication basing on OFDM became the smart home system networking. Finally, this paper has completed a smart home system by the composition of the design of intelligent node and the preparation of related software. |
