Design And Realization Of Office Automation System Based On.NET

This paper expounds the process of design and development of Shandong Water Conservancy Technician College office automation system. In the project development process,the system design and development is based on daily office work in the actual demand of Shandong Water Conservancy Technician College. It uses new technology of c#.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET of Microsoft Corp Visual Studio.NET. And it’s backstage database uses SQL Server2000. The whole software system has reasonable structure, greatly improves the performance of the system., According to the requirements of software engineering, this paper expounds in detail the systematic use of the critical technology, demand analysis, overall design, database design, system realization and system security page design and other aspects. First, the key technology of the system introduces the.NET architecture, and then it introduces the ASP.NET technology and ADO.NET data access technology, then it introduces the system with three layer structure technology. In the choice of mode, it analyses and compares the advantages and disadvantages of B/S mode and C/S mode and reason of B/S mode selection. In demand analysis, it describes the system function demand and the different use case view. In the overall design, it detailed introduces the system static structure model (UML category diagram), the system dynamic behavior model (UML activity diagram). In database design, it gives some table design and the relationships between the tables. In the realization of the system, it introduces the realization of the different page and display page. In the safety design, it mainly introduces the user identity authentication and encryption in MD5.The main function of this system includes the basic information management, student’s status management, teaching materials management module, the specialty and the curriculum construction management, teachers team construction management, teaching affairs management module, teaching evaluation, pay management, equipment management, information management, teaching archives management, backstage management, student achievement inquiry and so on. According to the school management work of the actual situation and using the software engineering principle, this paper make a detail description about the demand analysis, overall design, detailed design, implementation etc. The system is stable in trial operation, and it improves the office efficiency and quality, and achieves the expected goal.
