| Exhaust for residential kitchen is an integral part of the residential houses. Thefield producing exhaust has been eliminated. The production process of the traditionalprefabricated exhaust for residential kitchen has combined type and mould casted type,and its cross-section is internal and external rectangle, this exhaust remains in poorstructural strength, easily damaged, not convenient to install, easy to leak. In addition,the production mode of the traditional prefabricated exhaust for residential kitchenmostly depends on manual preparation, each process requires human intervention, so itleads to uneven product quality, and production capacity can’t meet the demand of themarket, which would severely hinder the development of the enterprise and the industryof prefabricated exhaust.This article originated from an enterprise commissioned project in JiangxiProvince, was based on the structure of the new prefabricated exhaust for residentialkitchen with outside rectangle and inner circle, design an automatic production line andassociated mould. This production line uses rectangle open layout type. Mouldcombinated with trolley, making step-by-step movement in orbit. The control systemuses PLC as the core of the digital control system; the control procedures can achieveautomatic control of the production process of exhaust for residential kitchen productionline. Mold cars pass through clamping, casting, curing, form removal and re-clampingoperation cycle. In the design process,3D Model of the mold and the varioussubsystems of the production line have been set up by UG software, through the virtualassembly technology assemble the production line, to check the production line layoutrationality, and to test the existence of static interference between parts and orequipments. The key components and parts of the mould using UG software advancedsimulation module analysis to check whether those meet the design requirements. Theuse of UG software motion module simulates the clamping and form removal process,in order to verify whether the mold design dynamic interference does exist. Finally,using of the WPLsoft, and Screen Editor Software design control program and HMI.In this article, the main work focused on three parts as follow: Firstly, the structureof mould design and motion simulation and finite element analysis; Secondly, the structure design of production line and hydraulic system design; thirdly, the automaticcontrol system design. Through deep analysis and study on the structure characteristicsof the new exhaust for residential kitchen, production technology of exhaust forresidential kitchen comes true that is transformed the automation and mechanization.Because of this production line, it not only can reduce a large number of workers, andalleviate the labor intensity of workers, but also can greatly improve the productionefficiency and quality of products. So the production line has a great popularizationvalue, and some methods and thought used in design process have some reference valueon the other architectural prefabrication automatic production line development. |
