Design And Implementation Of Customer Service System Of Java Three Layer Architecture Based On Credit Card

The thesis is about how to use JAVA Three-tier architecture to build a credit-cardcustom service system. It’s mainly about these aspects:(1) analysing the status of thebank credit-card custom service systems,(2) giving the strong point and weakness ofthe system,(3) describing the differences of the systems and (4) giving a scheme of thecredit card custom service system.Then this thesis analyses the strong point and weakness of JAVA language, and thescheme of some JAVA develop tools. Then we also give the strong point and weaknessof Spring+Struts+Hibernate tools.Then give an implemention method of credit cardcustom service system based on MVC framework.According the research and the character of credit card custom service system, thethesis has divided the system into searching system, identifing system, modifing system,card operating system, info-search system, public system and dictionary system. Andthrough these eight modules function as well as its research erupted module functions,Simplify the calling system, optimize the call screen system was reclining at the table,optimization of the operating system.At last, the thesis describes the effects of the system. It can give the standardization,systematization to the custom service system, and reduce the load of agent-training,enhance the efficiency of agent, and reduce the cost of agent-training.
