After more than20years development, our country bank credit card business has been by managedispersedly, disordered competition towards networking combined with new phase. Sayon the whole, China’s credit card business presents the card number, speed, but the cardconsumption accounted for the total retail sales in the proportion of low, the number oftransactions, transaction amount is little, merchant popularity rate is low. Credit cardbusiness is the most focus on the customer, the customer who has more resources, gainsis bigger, so the city commercial banks, credit card business is the development forcustomers. To obtain the customer resources first to make customers love our products,satisfied with our service, which requires a credit card agent is able to provide a fullrange of services, to the credit card seat system also raised very tall requirement.This thesis from the current credit card customer service situation as thebackground, the credit card customer service system are overall functional design, thesystem interface design, database design and database modeling process, using MVCthree layer framework, developed a set based on the JAVA, JSP development tools andSQL Server2003database of credit card system, the rational design of the voice promptand artificial service hotline, the credit card service system daily business processingand information comprehensive, system management. The realization of credit cardservice system to improve the quality of service, enhances the bank credit card customerusage, improve the economic benefits the bank.This system through the preparation of test cases for a comprehensive test of traffic bank credit card seat system, by means of a black box, let the test personnel on thesystem each function module into the test, perfect the system, improve safety systemusing. Finally the project description of the project are summarized, advantages anddisadvantages, for the future improvement of the system and improve the ready.
