Information management is a necessary part of enterprise management. The automatic information management based on computer technology is advanced,scientific, standard, and meet the requirements of modern enterprise office information,which will inevitably substitute for the traditional manual office management. A goodmethod to resolve the old enterprise management is to implement of office automation,which is product of information revolution and important technology support of socialinformation. Since1990s, the development of miceoelectronic and communicationtechnologies provides the strong support for the enterprise office automation.Design and development of office automation is powerful measure to implemententerprise modernization and develop enterprise information practices in the Cheng DuUrike Environmental Building Materials Co., Ltd. In the research and development ofthe office automation system, I have contributed to the requirement analysis and designof the system of this company as well as development and test of the software systemtogether with the engineers in this company, including the complete practice survey ofthis company, detailed system requirement analysis, and the research of large amount ofdocuments. I developed a comprehensive design plan and designed and implementedthe functional modules of each administration section, which can make the enterpriseadministration sections to grasp the situation of production management and take theoffice management and service as the core and offer job-related services to a variety ofdepartments."Cheng Du Urike office automation system" adopts B/S mode and the staff onlyneed an IE browser for convenient use. The system uses ASP.NET as a developmentplatform, C#as development language, SQL as the database Server2008in Microsoft Visual Studio2008integrated development environment to design and implement dailyoperation in order to meet the company’s own demand. It realizes the sharing ofenvironmental protection, building materials information production information query,office information transmission, also including query of the daily information such as aseries of office issues, etc. The design and implementation of the system is to promotethe development of enterprise informationization; deepen enterprise informationconstruction and try to convert enterprise management from manual management tostandard and electronic management mode.
