Abstract:Electronic medical record is the core of medical informatization. It shows many advantages, for instance, standardizing and normalizing of medical records writing to improve the working efficiency of the doctors, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of medical records to reduce medical errors, etc. But electronic medical record still don’t get further development in our country, the main reason is the security of electronic medical record, especially its copyright protection. Electronic medical record content can be served as legal evidence. In order to prevent the electronic medical record of counterfeiting, which leads to doctor-patient disputes, the copyright of electronic medical record must be protected. Digital watermarking as an effective copyright protection technology, this article will research how to use the digital watermarking technology to protect the copyright of electronic medical record.This thesis firstly introduces the process of standardization of electronic medical record in our country, especially the format standard of electronic medical record, to make sure that the format standard of electronic medical record is XML; Secondly this thesis expounds the basic theoretical knowledge of digital watermarking, including the development of digital watermarking, classification and basic model, while it focuses on the XML digital watermarking technology. Based on analysis of various kinds of XML watermarking algorithm and combining the characteristics of electronic medical record, a XML digital watermarking scheme based on fuzzy query is proposed. The watermarking scheme cites the ideas of database fuzzy query to the XML document, which uses the fuzzy query of XML technology to greatly improve the robustness of watermarking scheme.Finally this thesis use strong portability of JAVA language to design and implement the XML digital watermarking scheme based on fuzzy query, and through the accurate electronic medical record test the system. The test results show that the copyright information embedded the electronic medical record can resist the format attack, elimination nodes, add nodes and change nodes and so on.
