| Institution which has scattered locations and extensively personnel is an importantfactor in promoting the work of the government, and its management determines theefficiency of government work. With the continuous development of informationtechnology and human resources management, the dependency of human resourcesmanagement system for institution is more and more imperious and the requirement isimproving. It is necessary to build a technology advanced, performance excellent, expansion flexible and standard open system to meet the needs of future institutionpreparation of information management system in terms of system function, systemstructure and system performance. The current situation of institution management is analyzed in the thesis. An in-depthstudy of the necessity and feasibility and a detailed discussion of the demand analysis, oveall design and coding implement of establishing institution preparation of informationmanagement system are carried out. Combined with domestic and foreign research statusquo of human resource management, The institution preparation of informationmanagement system are designed by using the current popular B/S technology, SOAarchitecture and J2EE platform three layer architecture. At first the functionalrequirements of the system are determined, and the functional design goal, userpermissions analysis, performance requirements and the keys of each subsystem designare discussed. Then the overall design ideas are proposed and each module of the systemis discussed. Finally, the operation processes are described with graphic method. In thesystem implementation part, the system database construction is discussed in detail andthe relational schema adopted by the method of database creation is stated, and thedetailed data tables are built. On the basis of achieved institution management system, various subsystems included in management information system are implemented. Theexperiment result shows that the system has good security, scalability and maintainability, and has a larger performance improvement compared to traditional management systems. |
