With the rapid expansion of the data business and3G business, transfer network technology draws more and more attention,3G transport network based on MSTP and IPRAN has become the general trend at present mobile communication development. The purpose hat based on MSTP and IPRAN. We summarize the present situation of the domestic and foreign development of the SDH、MSTP and IPRAN technology and do the deep research of transfer network technology. So,we propose the optimization scheme which based on the instance that we analysis the advantage of3G transfer network in the process of the reform and construction. The optimization schemes show up asittransfers the traditional mobile business with the broadband at the same time, and it realizes to build new3G transmission network built model3G transport network. It reduces the cost of maintenance cost and artificial technology cost and maximum extent to meet the demand requirements of customers. The telecom operators are building3G network actively, and for the construction of more promising4G network, the traditional SDH rings have been unable to meet the demand of3G transport network even in4G service, how to build a boutique investment quick effect of3G transport network. The point of this paper is to study how to deploy the dimensions of the transport network, how to deploy the capacity of the transmission network through the business requirement and study the advantage and the characteristic of the IPRAN transport network.It provides the idea of construction solutions that provides a reference in the actual transmission network construction.In addition,this paper also studiesthe problems which is not ignorable in the construction of3G transport network, such as we should made a plan when we introduces the device of IPRAN and we should apply various ways to protect and restore on the application of IPRAN in the actual construction.
