| This dissertation discusses the design of HR management system. This system would be realized with.NET techniques along with the direction of software engineering, and it aims at the small/middle size companies.It begins with the discussion of the weak points for small/middle company HR management depending on their background and actual condition. Some Small and Medium Enterprises can’t take advantage position in market competition, at the same time they don’t have enough HR persons to carry out high staff flowing. So the aim of this system is to help these target companies to overcome the above weakness and to improve their strength.At the begining of this dissertation, it discusses present condition about development of HR management system and the problem of small/middle scale companies in market, and the importance of making HR management system for these companies is addressed. Secondly, it discusses the possibilities from professional fields. Thirdly, it analyzes the current situation with the aid of entity-relation diagram, structural system map and sequence diagram. At last, it describes the design of system safety and integrity. Then it finishes with conclusions of the work and propose outlook.In short, this dissertation focuses on a discussion about an HR management for small/middle scale company, along with some advanced techniques. It tries to make a optimization for target companies, and to help improve management efficiency and cut down operation cost of these companies. |
