Research And Design Of Network Information Security System For Local Taxation Bureau

With the progress of science and technology, computer network has been developed and popularized. Global information has become the major trend of the human development, and network office has become more and more popular in various industries. Every system and department more and more depend on network. But because of the diversity of computer network, and the virtual, openness and interconnection of network, network is vulnerable to attack from hackers, viruses, malicious software and other illegal means. Once worst thing happened to our network, there will be many really bad outcomes, such as, our office work suffers, or we will stand to lose much economic, important information will be destroyed seriously, and it could pose future security threats. It is a big problem for each department to strength the information security management and form a scientific and effective management system for information security to guard against information risk. In order to solve the security problems more comprehensively, it is very necessary to construct a complete information security defense system through integrating all kinds of security technology, security products and security management.Combining with the author’s practical work, this dissertation studied the component and method of information security management system for a local tax bureau, introduced the importance of information security, security status and development trend of network, and advanced technology of network security. According to the status for the construction of network, the status for construction of application system and information security and the results of network security evaluation, we analyzed the need of network security construction, and designed the solution of network security system include defensive measures of network system, technical design for solution, the construction of network security system and so on. Using our proposed network security system, security and confidentiality of network are advanced substantially and our method provide technical support and security assurance for Local Tax system which require the accuracy, integrity, confidentiality of data.
