With the development of LED technology, LED light as the representative of green light source takes the advantages of other light source in the life, efficiency and control, therefore, it has very important practical significance to make the LED drive power supply with the application of machine vision integration.In the design of the intelligent power, it solved the shortcoming of the traditional power system in the telecontrol. It sued CAN bus to communicate with other modules of the system, and at the same time, uses analog dimming and PWM dimming technology, and can be programmed to realize the adaptive regulation of light source.According to the specific requirements of the light source driver, uses switch power supply and MCU on the hardware design to make it more intelligence. It used CAN bus in the system design and build a CANopen network, will drive power as an intelligent node in the network. It used Lab VIEW graphical programming techniques for writing a NMT master to realize the remote control of driving power supply by the computer.
