| Urbanization and extreme weather conditions contribute to frequent flooding and chemical pollution in numerous cities across China. The real-time monitoring system is designed to scrutinize the important areas and key nodes, creating numerous blind spots. At such, emergencies are random in regard to locations and timing, making it impossible to run a thorough surveillance while running the real-time monitoring system. At the same time, there is no such a piece of equipment that supports simultaneous transmission of video images and sensor data feedbacks. This prevents timely and precisely access to emergency scenes. This paper aims to study new applications of transparent transmission and designs the equipment to acquire, transfer and display sensor data and video images simultaneously on the web side.This paper designs the overall structure of the program after analyzing the sources, actual applications and requirements for the project. It includes the terminal layer, network layer, service layer, user layer, and the hardware design. The mobile monitoring system of WIOT includes the design of the acquisition terminal, the management software, server platform and the database.The design of the acquisition terminal includes hardware integration connection scheme, power supply module, voltage regulator module, server of3G wireless transmission, and practical equipment box after considering factors such as battery life, portability, waterproof and data transmission.The design of the management software includes remote acquisition, transmission and display program of sensor data. As a bridge between languages and platforms, the display program works via flash program. The server is based on the Cremedia7.0platform, which will publish a web application. Finally, the test results show that the mobile monitoring system of WIOT can function properly.The mobile monitoring system of WIOT is significant importance as the derivatives industry application. It has been approved in practice. The equipment is unique in the industry and there are no replacements throughout the world. A patent of the product has been filed and approved. |
