Research And Design For The Function Of OPC UA Server

By leap development of network technology and generalization of industrial informatization, and continuous improvement of industrial control wnich application also continuously extend, the integrated, networked monitoring and control system currently become a significant direction in the field of industrial control. As the traditional OPC that does not possess independence and scalability of platform, which relys on the Windows platform, meanwhile restrictes data modeling of capacity. And it is short of ability to through and provides security and access control of the firewall. Therefore put forward by the OPC UA Unified Architecture (OPC Unified Architecture, UA) to solve problems of distributed communication system and data modeling.The thesis focuses on structure of the OPC UA server, and for working principle of address space and security configuration that carries on the further analysis. On Microsoft WCF (Windows Communication Foundation) application program interface, utilizes C#language to achieve the basic function of the OPC UA server address space. Tested by optimized UA protocol of OPC UA, which maintained the traditional OPC performance, and that increased safety and reliability of the communication between distributed systems. At the same time, it is proposed based on EDD (electronic device description) of the OPC UA server architecture, and designs the model of device object on the OPC UA.It completed coding of OPC UA server address space, and set the local network in the laboratory, which had been tested by development kit provides sample client. The test results show that operating state of the server is normal and stable. Finally, the research of this thesis is summarized and prospects the future work.
