Research And Implementation Of Teacher Professional Title Evaluation System

With the enlargement of school size, teachers’ professional evaluation workis more and more burdensome. Professional evaluation is one of the essentialpart of school work, a good professional evaluation system facilitatesmanagement of operations, and is also a necessary part of the software system ofcomputer operation. At present, in most offices for teachers’ ranking,management is still in the form of paper document management system, andmost are in the form of the backup files and stored in the archives. These are agreat waste of space, followed by entering personal information in a halfcomputer and a half handwork style. In the course of entering the rightconditions and declarations, this style takes a lot of time and people work, andthe computing resource can’t be fully used. Against this system problem andranking’s own distinguishing features, plus the analysis of system requirements,we established the conceptual structures of a new system. On this basis, westudied carefully the professional evaluation procesure of Jilin engineering andtechnology education university,submited system design principles and designs,set a functional structure figure, and put forward a network and the databaseimplementation program. Standardized the working procedures and methods,emphasized the development of the document’s integrity and standardization ofthe systems, and ensured the successful development of the system.Our system uses vb6.0for the development tool,uses access for the database.After a preliminary test and use, we found this system can meet the needs of the actual management work.
