What’s more, it makes the examination more rational and standardized, and reflects the teaching effects more objectively and comprehensively, thus promoting the development of education.Based on the B/S environment and with the technologies of ASP ADO as the core, and ASP as the development tool, this system adopts Microsoft SQL Server2005as the background database, accesses the databases through the IIS and integrates the merits of webpage design technologies of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.The dissertation elaborates the background, significance and status of on-line examination system, summarizes the research content, analyzes various technical means and the necessary tools, makes a detailed discussion on the parts of system analysis, system design, system general design and specific design, finally makes a summarization and puts forward proposals. As this examination software system eliminates manual operations such as setting the examination questions, paper printing, paper marking and result statistics, it greatly reduces the cost of test and the difficulty of security work, improves the efficiency of exam organization, and effectively avoids the cheating phenomena, thus guaranteeing the good examination effects. This dissertation finally designs a practical online examination system of public quality curriculum to meet the actual needs of the examinations at present.
