With the acceleration of the aging dilemma and the growing concern about the health and safety issues facing the next generation, the demand of health care oriented toward the elderly and children is emerging,However,the medical resources of traditional mode can not meet this demand,The traditional household remote medical monitoring system based on the PC, not only costly, and not able to achieve all-weather remote monitoring for the sick,In recent years, the Internet of Things (IOT) is applied in the remote medical care area,and the remote mobile medical monitoring system based on Internet of things is becoming a research hotspot. This system includes the radio frequency identification, embedded system, sensor technology and wireless network technology,Through smart handheld mobile terminals as the communication bridge which connected the patient and the monitoring center to Real-time omni-directional health monitoring the patients.This paper mainly focuses on the research of a remote mobile medical monitoring system which based on the Internet of Things,This system can achieve a real-time collection and storage of the physiological parameter of the patient, And real-time sent the physiological parameter to the monitoring center, and then track the location of patients through GPS technology efficiently,When a patient develops attack, the system will automatically notify the medical staff or the relatives of patients with an alarm to rescue the patient in time. The main content of the research includes the bluetooth communication technology, GPRS communication technology, Android smart mobile terminal storage technology and GPS positioning technology.Firstly,Bluetooth technology is a common short-range wireless data transmission technology,In this system,the physiological parameters of patients is sampled by physiological data acquisition nodes,Then the physiological data will be sent to the Android smart mobile terminal held by the patient via Bluetooth, and it will also be stored in the Android terminal.Secondly,GPRS technology is a long-distance wireless communication technology used in Internet of things,In this system it is a bridge connecting the patient and control center.While collecting the physiological data, the patients themselves can choose whether they can sent the physiological parameter to the monitoring center to make a real-time diagnostic. Furthermore, when Medical staff need to evaluate the physiological state of patients in the past period, the patient can choose to send the historical physiological data saved on the Android terminal to the monitoring center for the diagnosis and analysis,The Medical staff then can give the guidance about the health of patient according to the results provided by the physiological information.Finally, the GPS positioning technology is applied here to collect the information of the patients who are in the outdoor activities. This research analyzes the composition of GPS positioning system, positioning principle and the conversion of latitude and longitude coordinates,Then the positioning function was developed based on the Android smart phone on the basis of theoretical basis of GPS positioning.while sent the real-time acquisition of physiological information to the monitoring center, can also send the longitude and latitude of patient’s position that is obtained by GPS positioning technology to the monitoring center in order to achieve real-time location tracking of the patient.In addition, we have also developed a real-time temperature monitoring of the patient in the Android smart phone platform. If the exception of the patient’s body temperature occurs, the system can automatically send a text message which include the latitude and longitude location information of the patient and the Abnormal temperature information to the relatives of the patient,In order to improve the all-round monitoring of patient.
