Job satisfaction is always the problem of human resource management, psychologyand other aspects of research focus. It is the quality of people’s lives and has a closerelationship can be used to reflect on the surrounding environment worker satisfaction.Universities university library is an important information resource center stores,college female librarians are the main force in the library, they play a vital role in thedevelopment of the library, so resolve their help to improve job satisfaction readerssatisfaction and future development of the library.In this paper, female librarians’ job satisfaction to the university in Harbin as theresearch object, According to Professor Xu Jianhua happiness in the contemporarylibrary related scales, the scale is also the National Social Science Fund Project inpractice and testing carried out a questionnaire survey of university, reuse femalelibrarian job satisfaction multiple linear regression model analysis of the data obtained.According to the analysis of the conclusions, recommendations from school, librarystaff and library itself in three areas in order to improve women’s college librarian jobsatisfaction.
