Since China officially joined the WTO, more and more Chinese enterprises have been further pushed to international market. Facing the fierce market competition, how to enhance the enterprises to meet the challenge by inspiring the staff effectively and promoting economic benefits has become a problem needed to be solved for Chinese State-Owned Holding enterprises. As a State-owned Holding Listed Enterprises, on the one hand, like other State-owned Enterprises, HCSY shoulders great responsibilities, which is to maintain value and increment of state-owned property; on the other hand, HCSY also plays an important role in the corporations’ marketization and asset securitization.Focusing on the above problems, this research is the combination of theory and practice to discuss the compensation strategy of State-owned Holding Listed Enterprise.By analyzing the present situation of the compensation strategy of State-owned Holding Listed Enterprises, especially of HCSY, the research points out the major problems as well as challenges of the compensation strategy. Firstly, in theory this research addresses the HCSY’s compensation incentive pattern further and provides the theory basis for compensation incentive system and strategy design by means of compensation policies, structure and commissions. Finally, through practical analysis, a full in-depth research on the influential factors and model of State-owned Holding Listed Enterprise’s compensation strategy is carried out in order to further the structure and perfect HCSY’s compensation strategic model.
