Research On Economic Mechanism Of Energy-saving Generation Dispatch Under Electricity Market

The implementation of energy-saving generation dispatch is a major reform of the current electricity generation dispatch system, which raises new challenges for the power companies to produce safely and operate economically. What’s more, it changes the pattern of market benefits that is closely related to the steady implementation of energy-saving generation dispatch.Firstly, the basic principles of energy-saving generation dispatch are studied according to its background. Then, the differences between it and economical generation dispatch are analyzed. And then the paper studies the impact of the implementation of energy-saving generation dispatch under the power market environment and the effect it’ll make to the electricity industry, and compares the status quo of some pilot provinces, such as Guizhou, Guangdong, Jiangsu etc..Given the effectiveness of electricity-right transaction in the realization of energy-saving under current market environment, the paper proposes a new centralized matcthmaking transaction mode based on the three-part electricity price, which conforms to the principle of high-low matching"of the energy price making the transaction results meet the requirement of energy saving generation dispatch. Besides, some numerical examples are served in the research for the demonstration of the mode.Finally, the objects and the principle of economic compensation system for energy-saving generation is analyzed and some suggestions for electricity price system, technology system, market transparency and the quantization of energy-saving index are given in the paper which are in view of existing problems we’ve come across in the process of the implementation of energy-saving generation dispatch.This paper aims at giving reference to the future combination of energy-saving generation dispatch and market mechanism.
