Thailand is one of the Asia, furthermore is the most famous tourist country in the world. The tourism industry is a pillar industry of Thailand, and also is Thailand’s an important source of incomes. However, as Thailand’s tourism industry is booming; most of foreign tourists well known Phuket, Bangkok, Pattaya and other southern coastal attractions that can’t support more and more foreign tourists’demand. Especially, in2011floods led the Thai tourism industry to crisis, while a long history and culture, abundant natural resources in the northern region has also attracted a large number of foreign tourists resources, Phitsanulok is one of the representatives. Because of we are unknown about how the present of Phitsanulok tourism is, how tourism promotion can be attracted foreign tourists, therefore this thesis studied the influences of tourism promotion that effects to foreign tourists’destination choose behavior.Firstly, the study of present situation of domestic and international tourism promotion were finished, and the influencing factors of tourists destination choose were also reviewed then summarized guiding significance theory of tourism promotion on the influences of foreign tourists’ destination choose behavior. Second, designed the questionnaire by followed the present situation of Phitsanulok tourism, after that through SPSS descriptive analysis and crosstab analysis analyze the questionnaire; the results of these questionnaire includes the basic population attributes of foreign tourists who come to travel to Phitsanulok province, the influences of tourism promotion activities, the different population attributes of foreign tourists, and the influences of tourism promotion. Finally, proposed some recommendations of the target market and tourism promotion strategies for tourism promotion activities of Phitsanulok province; moreover, gave the limitations of this thesis, and the outlook of the tourism promotion of Phitsanulok.
