| With the rise of the network society, the flow of capital, information, material has been accelerating gradually. Investment activities related to capita, such as trade, finance, have made the world into a close-knit community. Along with the rapid development of science and technology, economic level is increasing day by day, plenty of money has been thrown in the new high technology industry. Venture capital investment has gradually been recognized and accepted.As a new financial industry, venture capital investment has very more profound effect on city’s economic space and the industrial development.Further research on venture capital investment, space distribution, urban network system, and the influencing factors, wich will offer useful reference on cities or the country’s industrial development and economic growth. In recent years, in the western developed countries, risk investment related research has gradually become the focus of research subjects.The research on the geography of risk investment emerged. However, most of them are about the country of Europe and the United States.There is very little research about China. Therefore, this paper selects Chinese’s venture capital as the research object, trying to make up for the gap of the research about the developing countries.Full text is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces to choose a background, significance, content and method. The second chapter defines the concept of risk investment and relevant theory. The third, fourth and fifth chapters is the main part of this article, the third chapter basically studied the temporal, space, industry distribution characteristics of venture capita in China; Chapter4analyzed and summarized related factors of the difference among the cities by Multiple regression analysis, the fifth chapter analysis cities network of venture capital in China, in term of network center degree, agglutination subgroup, urban network distribution characteristics and so on. In addition, we take Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen for example, studied the spatial proximity, which is mentioned above several times. The sixth chapter outlines the main conclusions and the research prospects. |
