| Automobile industry has experienced a long period of prosperity since its origins over one hundred years. And the automobile finance industry also developed quickly with the growth of the automobile industry. It has become the main income approach of the automobile industry. With the development of economy and the increase of urban residents’ income, automobile will be further purchased by people in China. It was reported that the quantity of China’s automobile production and sales has been ranked NO.1for three years since2009. However, compared with foreign auto finance market, China’s auto finance is still under-developing, the profit pattern is single and similar, the industry should be developed and improved urgently. It is worth to study how to develop auto financial better.The paper is divided into five chapters. I will overview the development of automobile industry and the concept of automobile finance, elaborate development of automobile finance preliminarily in China, introduce the related research at home and abroad and my research ideas and the significance at the first chapter. The second chapter is an overview of the auto finance from the definition and the role to the basic theory, and describes history of development and current situation of the auto financial services industry. At third chapter, it will be the research of the auto finance’s profit model, compared with credit model in the United States, European Union, and Japan, find out the inadequacies of our profit model, and made recommendations on the development of value-added profit model for the development of automobile finance. The fourth chapter discusses the innovative asset securitization process for profit model, then discuss the constraints of China automobile credit assets securitization. And the last chapter, I will provide some suggestions about reconstructing and improving our society credit system, relevant laws and regulations to assist in development of auto-finance. |
