The Agricultural Loans To The Effects Of Farmers’income Growth In Shaanxi Province

With the development of new countryside construction and modernization ofagriculture, farmers’ income level in Shaanxi Province has increased, but the gap with thewhole country is increasing. At present, some of the benefiting policies play an important rolein the development of agriculture, but the key is how to improve farmers’ income, however,the most of problems apparent directly in the construction of new countryside in ShaanxiProvince is lack of investment, and the farmers’ have difficulties in loans severely limited thegrowth of farmers’ income in Shaanxi Province. Domestic most scholars analyze therelationship about the development of rural economy depend on rural financial angle, but thereal specific quantitative research between the agricultural loans and farmers’ income is rarely.Based on this phenomenon, this paper apply the theory of economic growth to the farmers’income growth, using the specific data and the regression analysis method to study therelationship between the agricultural loans and the increasing income of farmers’, andanalyze the contribution of agricultural loans to increase farmers’ income in-depth, and howto promote the increase. This paper has certain theoretical and practical significance.From the research background, this paper introduces the purpose and significance,and puts the specific research ideas and methods. Firstly, this paper analyze the presentsituation of change and development in Shaanxi agricultural loans and net income of farmers’,proposes the main problems existing in the development process of Shaanxi agricultural loans;On this basis, this paper collects the relevant data from1991to2010years, and analyze therelationship between the agricultural loans and farmers’ income growth, the contribution ofagricultural how to support farmers’ income, and relationship among other influencing factorsand farmers’ income growth by using the linear regression analysis method in ShaanxiProvince agricultural loans and farmers’ income growth. The analysis results show that therural commodity retail price, agricultural loans and rural labor employment structure is thegranger reasons for the farmers’ income growth, among them, the linear relationship betweenagricultural loans and farmers’ income is very significant, but the contribution of agriculturalloans to support farmers’ income has been low. Farmers education level and farmers’ income is the granger reason each other. Finally, from the funds on dynamics, structure and theservice efficiency of Shaanxi agricultural loans, this paper puts the countermeasures andsuggestions about how to promote the income of farmers’ in Shaanxi. Maybe the place ofinnovation about this paper is to analyze the degree contribution of agricultural loans topromote the farmers’ income growth, the characteristics role in the stage of agricultural loansplay, and how to coordinate and deal with the relationship among the government, moneydemanders and money suppliers.
