The Empirical Research On Agricultural Industrialization To Promote Farmers’ Income Increase

Agricultural industrialization changes the traditional agricultural self-enclosed，provide for oneself， breaking the bondage of family annual contract responsibilitysystem， adapting to the development of China’s agricultural productive force， andprovides conforms to our country national condition the real way. With thedevelopment of agricultural industrialization process in the continuous progress，China’ s three rural issues effectively resolved， especially farmers incomesignificantly， which shows that agricultural industrialization is an effective way toimprove the income of the farmers， the former has positive effect on the latter.Therefore， study on the relationship between agricultural industrialization andincrease of farmers’ income， effectively solve the problem of farmers is veryimportant.Firstly， based on the purpose of this research， the paper defined the definitionof agricultural industrialization， and analyzed the influence mechanism ofagricultural industrialization to farmers’ income from the scale， industrialization，interest distribution， transfer of labor force four aspects. Secondly， based on thepresent development situation of China’s agricultural industrialization and farmer’sincome， the paper pointed out some problems of the development of China’sagricultural industrialization process. Then through the construction of agriculturalindustrialization index rating system to measure the level of industrialization， tocalculate the level of Chinese agricultural industry from1987to2011.The paper usinga panel data of China from2001to2011,analysis the relationship between agriculturalindustrialization and farmers’ incomes increase in our country， the eastern， centraland western by constructing model.Results showed that: not only Chinese farmers’income has increased year by year， but also the level of agricultural industrializationis increasing. What’s more， the agricultural industrialization and increasing farmers ’income is related， and whether national or regional， the industrialization ofagriculture promoted the income of farmers increasing. But the effect is differentbecause the level of agricultural industrialization in every area is different.Finally， based on the theoretical and empirical analysis， the paper put forwardto put forward to promote the development of agricultural industrialization to increasefarmers’ income policy recommendations.
