The Study On Project Cost Control Forward Of Yanda Xiyuan

Cost management is an important part of real estate development enterprise mana gement. If the real estate development enterprise realize to stay in the top of market competition and to gain a perfect profit, they should pay a lot attention on the cost ma nagement in order to improving the level of cost management. The construction projec t is under the premise of the condition to protect the construction quality and time. Then it makes a series of measures to prevent and control based on the exits expense. The developing cost should be control in a limit of planning cost, in order to achieve t he goal of protecting cost management.The thesis was combined with cases of West Garden of Yanshan University. It an alysis on cost management theory based on four main points:the stages from program ming to designing of the production planning; the processing of the cost of constructio n based on production planning; the processing of inviting bids; and the processing of construction. Then, the thesis will point out the unknown forward theory of cost mana gement. Both the research based on cost management planning and production plannin g design, and the research of tracing auditing method based on cost management are q uite creative.The majority of the thesis use literature analysis, normative theory analysis meth od, case study method, survey study method and so on. It also combine the theory kno wledge during master degree and the deep analysis based on related data about cost m anagement of West Garden of Yanshan University project. It summarizes the forward scheme of cost management based on real estate development enterprise project.In the end of the thesis, the cost management theory has been developed. It has b een set up under five parts of methods to protecting cost management:base on depart ment setting and human resource according to cost management; complete the proces s of cost management; protect the methods by rules; and response on management of c ost management.The thesis based on the real problem on the specific company which has the vital practical significance.
