Actuality And Countermeasures Of Informatization Development For SMEs In China

In recent years, along with the world economy more and more tend to beinformatization, small and medium enterprises as the backbone of China economicdevelopment, its informatization process will directly affect their own management level,increase the core competence of national economy, meanwhile affact on the level ofwhole of informatization to cause certain effect. The small and medium enterpriseinformationization is the most important mehods for transformation development way,innovating each work, reducing the cost and increasing the benefit. And it has improvingfunction for business management level enhancement, the organizational structureoptimization, the staff quality enhancement.This paper uses the following methods: literature research, case analysis, combinedwritten information and network information, the combination of theory and practiceresearch methods. Through studying our country small and medium-sized enterpriseinformatization to develop the current situation undertakes, we find the problems andanalyze the reasons. In view of chinese small and medium-sized enterpriseinformatization level is uneven, development is extremely lopsided and relativelybackward, external construction and internal configuration for informatization of smalland medium-sized enterprises need to further strengthen and improve, and we combinedthe situation of China’s informatization development, we issue the methods andcountermeasures for above questionsThis paper lists several enterprises’ informatization cases, through the cases’analysising and drawing lessons from their experience, we issue that strengthening theenterprise external environment and establishing internal information operatingmechanism method in order to solve the small and medium-sized enterprises’ variousproblems in the process of informatization. From the basic facility construction, networksecurity, government support and the laws and regulations, that improving specificaspects of the external environment construction are proposed. Meanwhile according to enterprises own problem, we issue that changing idea, establishing mechanism,strengthening the information talent team construction, increasing capital to introducestrength, the development of ERP and the enterprise business reorganization etc., formedfrom the inside to the outside, the top-down information pattern, for SME informazitionto give advice and suggestions, put forward actually feasible methods andcountermeasures.
