Research On Agility Of Group Distributed Manufacturing System

The increasing complexity and dynamic change of market environment makemanufacturing enterprises including large group of companies facing more and morechallenges. For large group of companies in distributed manufacturing model, becauseof the complexity and geographical dispersibility, it is lack of high flexibility to meetconsumer demand quickly, and to become agile is the most important method ofsolving this problem.The agility of manufacturing enterprises is essentially business processreengineering aiming at achieving rapid response on the market demand, which baseson the leanness and reconfigurability of production system and guaranteed byinformation integration. For group distributed manufacturing model, based onanalysis of the structure and characteristics, it’s agility comes from two sides: one isthe reconfigurable manufacturing system of production units, the other one is thedeployment of production between units. So to explore the agility method of thismanufacturing model, combining with agile connotation, this paper focuses on modelof organization system, agile production system and information integration, andconstructed the method of building agile organization, reconfigurable productionsystem and production management model, as well as information function modulesintegration model accordingly. At the same time, according to the form of agility ofthe model, the paper uses mathematical modeling to research on the emphasis themethod of production planning and distribution. Finally, this paper proposes somesuggestion to the enterprises in this manufacturing model.
