Research On The Key Technology Of Distributed Foreign Trade Management Of DA Enterprise

In the taking the customer as the center and emphasizing the personalized service modern society,how to constantly upgrade the product,system and even business model and how to effectively combine industry with Internet,the Internet of things,big data and cloud computing technologies to make cost and quality under control and to make China's manufacturing industry deepen international operation and even lead the global market economy,has become a hot topic recently.Nowadays,in the background of the 4 industry,production and service mode of enterprises is gradually from centralized control to decentralized control,which is currently hot in the discussion of "distributed manufacturing"' this amoeba spirit and philosophy will lead a new round of industrial revolution and make the enterprises carry on innovation management mode to sustain their competence.Under the impetus of the national policy,which "the Belt and Road" policy and the national 2025 plans been put forward,China's manufacturing enterprises seize the development opportunities to exploit the global market in the face of high inventory,production capacity pressure,the export business is booming.Because the export volume increased year by year,whether customs export business can effectively combine with the domestic manufacturing,has gradually become the bottleneck of our export efficiency,In this paper,under the background of some manufacturing enterprise(hereinafter referred to as DA company)actual problems of foreign trade business,will discuss the "distributed manufacturing" trend,and base on the distributed manufacturing "concept to carry out the problem analysis,recombination design and effect evaluation of the foreign trade order and documentary business process of manufacturing enterprises.What's more,this paper will also design and implement the whole foreign trade business functions based on ERP system.This paper not only breaks through the original ERP implementation projects,but also addresses the limitations of the company's current process,and aims at the development trend of manufacturing industry,combining the concept of distributed manufacturing with ERP management system under the background of industry 4,achieving cost control and efficient operation.The main contents are as follows:The first chapter is introduction.It introduces the DA company this typical Chinese manufacturing firm's foreign trade business problems and then focuses on industrial environment 4.0 and "distributed manufacturing" concept,business process reengineering and ERP system.After analyzing the related research status at home and abroad,it puts forward the research content,the significance and thesis framework.The second chapter,through the enterprise case introduction,describes the DA company orders and documentary business,and through the model of the ASME process analysis,finally summarizes the current manufacturing enterprises in foreign trade business of some common fault.What's more,it analyses the centralized foreign trade management mode from two aspects of information system and management problems.The third chapter firstly puts forward the goal of business process reengineering,and the target can be divided into two stages.It explains this thesis mainly discussed the first stage of the bus:iness process reengineering and information system integration,to establish foreign trade business of distributed management mode.Meantime,the first stage is the preparation of the second stage from integrated foreign trade business to distributed foreign trade to lay a solid foundation.At last,it gives the orders and documentary business process reengineering and information system integration design scheme.The fourth chapter Chapter compares the work cost difference of orders and documentary business before and after by work cost method and proposes the growth point.The firth chapter designs the overall framework of the foreign trade management information system of DA company and the functional model,process model and data model are modeled for the actual situation of DA company.What's more,combined with the running examples of foreign trade management information system,it expounds the specific application of the system.The sixth chapter is summary and prospect.The work of the thesis is summarized and the future research is prospected.
