With the Information Technology (IT) having widely used in the organizations and deeply developing, the business applications based on IT Technology had played an important role in the process of development and growth of the national economy. The market specialized technical services along with the birth and continue to grow. At present, the demands of all walks of life for IT services is changing and deepening, proposed higher service requirements. IT services market continues to expand, and the demand for organizations services had complexities and differences, simple product portfolio or technical services cannot fully meet a wide range need of IT services organization.IT solution services is based on the individual needs of different organizations, combined with the current mature IT technology, equipment/products and professional services, met the financial budget, under the guidance of the best practices and project methodology to form a whole solutions services to solve the practical problems of enterprise IT systems.This paper is on the foundation of the customer perception value theory, taking the Chinese IT service provider-P Company for an example, to research its service pricing strategy and process status, to put forward the general IT service providers are lack of effective service pricing strategy to obtain a reasonable profit, as well as the enterprises how to get a pricing advantage in the fierce market competition.This paper through questionnaires and interviews to extract the elements affect the IT solutions pricing, using Interpretative structural modeling method to divide these constitute elements into three levels, analyze and research the relationship between these elements and their affection for pricing strategy. Using the qualitative and quantitative analysis to construct multi-factor services pricing model, establish an effective pricing strategy.Combining the actual project of P Company to case study on IT solution service pricing strategy, this paper analyzes the constituent elements and their degree of influence on the pricing of services. Through multi-factor services pricing model assessment to determine the results of the project pricing. At the same time, this paper analyzes the application scope of the multi-factor pricing model.Through the above research, this paper completed the research the customer perception value-oriented the IT solution’s multi-factor pricing strategy. It provides new research ideas and methods to develop effective services pricing strategy, for the enterprise to deal with competition in the market, meet the needs of rapid change and improve the core competitive ability has important theoretical value and guiding role. At the same time, reasonable and effective service pricing strategy can promote the healthy development of the IT service ecosystem, as well as provide a theoretical value and guiding role on other types of high-tech service-oriented enterprises in pricing theory.
