In recent years,with the development of the Internet,SaaS(Software as a Service)has rapidly spread in the Chinese market.The awareness and usage of SaaS services by small and medium-sized companies has increased dramatically.Its convenience and low-cost features have enabled small and medium-sized companies to obtain tools and services that enhance business productivity at a very low cost.With the increasing demand for domestic SaaS software services,SaaS service providers face problems and challenges in operation and maintenance services,profit models,and service pricing.How to make reasonable pricing based on the price factors affecting SaaS services becomes an important topic.This paper focuses on the development of SaaS services and the status quo of the market,and proposes the current research on the pricing of SaaS services.Selecting Suyan Technology's SaaS service pricing strategy as a research case,and foud out that it has no scientific process and research analysis on the pricing of the service.As a result,the customer growth is slow after the launch of the fee-based service,and the customer churn rate is high.Combining the research methods of product pricing and SaaS service pricing,and researched the development status of Suyan technology company and its products,and analyzed and summarized the factors affecting the pricing of SaaS service of the Suyan technology company.The research results show that based on the traditional product service pricing strategy,the SaaS service,an emerging Internet service platform model,has new performance and practice in pricing strategy,combining SaaS services based on product value,competition and cost.Characteristics,general pricing strategies include:differential pricing,bundle pricing,price discrimination pricing,etc.SaaS service providers also need to focus on the key factors affecting service prices based on the characteristics of their services,and propose pricing strategies for Quicken Technology.Suggest.This study selects the vertical field service company,which is still in the early stage of development.In the background of the industry that has not yet matured the price system,the proposed ideas also provide certain reference for the SaaS service providers in the same industry.In the fast-changing and fast-growing field of SaaS,the pricing problem will surely become a test of the maturity of the enterprise.The research in this paper is only in the vertical field of research and development similar to the characteristics of the company,for other industries or other cloud computing.The reference value of the service still has some limitations.How many SaaS services can better develop and win market competition,there are many things worth exploring.
