The advent of experience period, rapid development of tourism and continuousimprovement of residents’ life is promoting experience and nature of travel combined well.That means the concept of consuming attitude of tourist is turning multifarious as well as theconnotation and the way of traditional travel is changing. In recent years, cultural heritagetourism has become one of the best ways to meet visitors’ needs, such as experience throughtime and space, in search of the history aspirations and demands, enjoy the historyreappearance and thinking. But people pay more attention to develop culture heritage whileignore to protect it. And as a result of this guideline, there are lots of problems whiledeveloping cultural heritage tourism, such as lack of innovation, without feature, singleproduct structure, similar content, low participation etc. Thus, how to develop and protectcultural heritage, re-attract tourist has become a challenge for both government and proprietor,it also has been a hot subject for academic research in recent years.This study makes tourist experience as a start point. On theoretical side, systematicallycombed the theory and achievment of domestic and foreign tourist experience and caltualheritage tourist experience, propose the influence model of cultural heritage visitors, buildingthe theoretical model of this paper and put forward a study hypothesis. On empirical side,selected Kaiping Daolou as the study object, using the Factor Analysis method, One-WayANOVA, Independence-Sample T-Test and Parried-Sample T-Test to demonstrate the studyhypothesis of this paper, summing up the cultural heritage tourist experience can be dividedinto six dementions: heritage experience, social experience, tourism infrastructure experience,leisure and entertainment experience, tourism activities experience and tourism benefitsexperience. On this basis, applying Regression Analysis method, putting forward the equationof satisfaction of cultural heritage tourist in China, providing an idea of how to developcultural heritage; meanwhile choosing the IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis), enphasizethe priority order of develop Kaiping Diaolou and related villages. Finally refine the themepositioning of kaiping diaolou and related villages in each area. Through this paper, the author is trying to design a model which will strengthen theparticipation of tourist and improve the quality of tourist experience: under the premise ofcultural heritage protection, extremely meet the demand and quality of tourist experience, toachieve the sustainable development of heritage value, social harmony and economic growth.
