Research On The Efficiency Of Official Document Processing In Kailuan Group Corporation

Official document processing is the basic managerial work of one company, and it is also the important communication way between the upper level and the lower level in the company. The processing efficiency of official documents has a close relationship with the existence and the development of one company. Through a long period of time, in order to better adapt to the changes in the external environment and the requirements of its development, and to target at the enhancement of the core competitiveness, Kailuan Group Corporation focuses on the research on the efficiency of processing official documents, optimizes the management mode in time, and creates high-efficiency document processing system. This is the objective requirement of Kailuan.This article clarifies the current status of the development of the theory of the official documents processing efficiency, and lists out the referential experiences, through the research to the development state of official documents processing efficiency at home and abroad. This article clarifies the main research contents and the key problems to be solved, and puts forward the basic way of the research of those problems, which provide theoretical foundation and methodical support for enhancing the processing speed of the official documents of Kailuan Group Corporation.In order to set up a scientific and reasonable document processing system, this article made the following researches:take a research in the internal and external environment of the company which influences the processing efficiency. Especially after making an analysis in management levels, communication between different levels, business procedures, information techniques, quality of the employees, and company culture, this article puts forward some suggestions to solve those problems, and makes a further discussion and research in the high-efficiency document processing system.With the consideration that there is no quantified appraisal system for the document processing efficiency, this article takes the attempt to put forward the feasible appraisal standard in the appraisal of the processing speed, quality, and cost of official documents, and puts forward relative calculation method for the horizontal comparison and research among different companies.
