Research Of Enterprise Innovation Behavior Based On Corporate Governance

Since the reform and opening up of China, economic development have a rapid speed, and there havebeen a progressive transition from planned economy to market economy. As the main composition of themarket, company can wheather run smoothly directly related to the state of ecomony.In recent years, with theaccelerated pace of China’s economic internationalization and to face the competitive international market,domestic enterprises are facing a severe situation. If enterprise want to survive in Ebb Tide,it would have itsown core competitiveness, and the cultivation of core competitiveness largely rely on innovation.Besides, thefundamental way to obtain long-term development and long-term competitive advantage for enterprises alsoneed to innovate. In addition, China’s congress report of seventeen pointed out that, we would build aninnovation-oriented country and give great supports to the implementation of innovative enterprises fromdifferent perspectives. Driven by a wide range of interests and pressure,there exsit necessity and urgency forenterprise to innovate.As the main composition of innovation, the company naturally assume the mission of innovation, andCorporate Governance,which decedes coeporate’s direction,business strategy, staffing and other major affairsof the rules and regulations,must have a decisive impact on enterprise innovation.This article research enterprise Innovation behavior from the point of corporate governance, is dividedinto six parts. The first section provides a brief overview of significance, ideas,methods, and innovations ofarticle. The second part describes the concept and theory foundation, and summary foreign and domesticscholars views on relationship between corporate governance and enterprise innovation, and found that theresearches from external governance perspective are less than the entry point, as the enter point of article. Thethird chapter is the situation of corporate governance structure and enterprise innovation, and introducemodels of corporate governance in developed countries at the same time that our situation is not optimisticstatus. Fourth chapter is the internal mechanism of corporate governance and corporate innovation, studiedthe impact of internal governance structure, include shareholders, board of directors, operators, workers andexternal governance include suppliers and customers on enterprise innovation, and make a conclusion thatsome influsions of ownership concentration, board size, structure, operators and employees motivation,suppliers and customers to corporate innovative. In fifth chapter the author selecte40listed companies from2011periodic report by the Shanghai Stock Exchange,make a Multiple regression analysis of corporateinnovation above factors,and get some concludes. Chapter six combine the relationship between of corporategovernance and enterprise innovation,and the current situation of our country, propose some suggestionsabout improving corporate governance structure and stimulating enterprise innovation.
